Ok Members of the forums.. I'm going to be as brief as possible to keep a little back for a nice surprise on release.
I'm going to put together a bundle of Mods for Niklas to try and make work in the Pack..
This will perhaps be running alongside the AGE of Steam, but most likely will be more short term and replaced with another Bundle in the same theme. (Trying to get through a bunch of mods at a time)
The AGE of Adventure Bundle.. as it sounds, is themed around ACTION and ADVENTURE.
Mods in the first AGE of Adventure will include:
THERE BE DRAGONS
Hardcore Ender Expansion - So we can have a bigger challenge killing the Ender Dragon and open up the End as a Dimension for players.
I'm also looking at Dragon mods, such as Dragoncraft and Dragon Mounts.
Any other suggestions for Dragon / End themed mods, please let me know below. There is no guarantee that we can or will include them in the pack, but I will look at all suggestions and see what Niklas can do with the best ones.
The AGE of Adventure - THERE BE DRAGONS - bundle is not going to last long.. its short term, I may reset the end a few times so all players can make videos killing the Dragon in their own way..
Then looking for the next AGE of Adventure..
One of my Ideas is to have CTM (Complete the Monument) adventure maps installed into our server through mystcraft Dimensions... which seems to be something that can work and I've tested it out.
I need suggestions for 5-10 CTM maps, would be good if they all came from the same creator (like Vechs, but not famous) so we can help promote the map maker.
Also they need to be pretty tough, or just pretty.
Put your suggestions below with Images if you can figure that out, and Links please so I can see them myself.
OTHER THINGS YOU CAN SUGGEST:
I think this type of bundle should also have a few more fighting upgrades mods, such as those that add new weapons, new spells, new RPG like interfaces.. etc etc
I also want to include mods such as the Lord of the Rings Mod, or the Mysts or Riov mod that add a huge amount of content in the same way as Twilight Forest.. creating new dimensions of their own with a huge amount of blocks and new items to explore in the adventure.
Plus, anything else you can suggest on this thread I will look at, but use other threads for unrelated suggestions.
