I have been looking for a replacement for RedPower's Frame system, I ran across a mod named Redstone In Motion. This basically adds the abilities of RedPower's Frames and extends it quite a bit. Does anybody have experience with this mod? Would anybody (besides me) use it if it were added to the pack?

You won't find this mod on any of the FTB packs. Apparently the Redstone In Motion creator and the FTB dev team don't get along to well.
