I feel like these specific rules are driving people away from posting, so here is a much less specific set of rules that are easier to understand:
1. Be nice.
2. Don't advertise anything other than Utopia (including your Youtube channel or server) unless it's appropriate.
3. Use common sense.
4. Please stay on topic on a per-thread basis.
5. If you're creating a new thread, please try to post it in the right section.
6. No, you cannot join our server.
7. Do not spam.
If any Utopians feel your post is inappropriate or is in the wrong section, proper action will be taken against it at the Utopians' discretion.
