When reporting any bug, there are several things you must always do the ensure someone can look at your problem and try to help.
1. Include as much detail as possible. The more detail on exactly what happened, the more chance we have of helping you.
2. If it is a crash bug, ALWAYS include the crash report log and/or the game (console) log.
3. If it is a visual bug, include screenshots and/or a short video.
4. If it is hard to explain, try showing it in a short video.
5. Do some research - don't just come running to us saying "I crash help meh plz!", actually look at the log and tell us if anything there matches something you were doing in the game.
6. Try and recreate the bug - if it only ever happened once and doesn't happen again, we don't particularly need to know about it.
7. Try reinstalling a new instance of the pack, sometimes the configs just need refreshing. Make sure to backup before doing this.
8. Look before you post - someone else may have already reported the same bug, even on a different forum.
