First off, I would like to say a very warm welcome to this forums first members. It's amazing to have a place where we all can hang out, talk to each other, and just be buds. After our first members have joined, though, it's become apparent that this forum may be a little bit confusing at first to use. Either that or the new members don't have much to say. So here goes nothing.
Right now, you probably see only the Utopia members using the forum right now, and it might be intimidating to post. Let me be the first to say that we don't bite, and we'd love more than anything if you guys started to interact with us more
Step one, creating a thread. To create a thread, all you do is press the "create thread" button. Put the title in the top bar, and put the body of your OP (first post on a thread) in the big box. You can even use BBC formatting to customize your post if it adds the flare you want it to have. Keep in mind it usually isn't necessary.
Step two, replying to a thread. There is a "quick reply" box on the bottom of each thread where you can, well, reply to the thread. Usually this is all you'll need, but if you need the main editor, just click the "reply" button on the top right.
I'll post a separate tutorial for how to BBCode efficiently in the future.
So that's really about it if you were confused on how to use these. If you're still confused on how and what to post, check out the oc.tc forums. They have a very productive forum community over there, and maybe you can see a good example of forum usage there.
Thanks for reading!
